The architecture draws from traditional European and Indo-classical influences, expressed through symmetrical facades, arched openings, colonnaded verandas, and a soft pastel palette that gives the built form a timeless and elegant character. The proportions are low-rise and horizontally spread, emphasizing leisure and openness rather than vertical dominance, while elements like pergolas, jaali screens, and shaded pavilions introduce climatic responsiveness suited to the region. The pool pavilion acts as a central architectural anchor, with arcades and water features reinforcing a sense of courtyard living and visual symmetry.

The landscape is designed as a sequence of curated outdoor rooms, beginning with a formal entrance court defined by stone paving, a central fountain, and axial planting anchored by a prominent palm tree, establishing a strong sense of arrival. This transitions into softer garden spaces with layered planting, hedges, and sculpted greenery that balance formal geometry with natural textures. Recreational zones such as the swimming pool deck and tennis court are seamlessly integrated within the larger landscape framework, maintaining visual continuity while offering functional diversity. The use of lawns, shaded seating areas, and boundary plantations creates a hierarchy of open spaces, from formal to private, while also enhancing microclimatic comfort. Overall, the project achieves a cohesive blend of architecture and landscape, where symmetry, leisure, and spatial layering define a luxurious yet grounded living environment.
